Deep Learning Bottle Sorter ToronG-LP Series uses neural network technology to analyze, learn, and optimize sorting processes in real time—ensuring accurate, high-speed separation for a wide range of plastic bottles in complex recycling environments.


Main Applications
Designed to sort plastic beverage bottles and household chemical containers by color, material, shape, and aging. Suitable for washed or unwashed, labeled or unlabeled round bottles, mixed plastic bottles in bale form, loose bottles, and bottles of various shapes.
Optimized for separating light-colored PET bottles such as light blue, light green, light white, and others.
Supports sorting of non-PET bottle materials, including PP, PE, PC, PS, ABS, PVC, PA, and more.
Detects and removes non-PE bottles with high precision.
