Benchtop Muffle Furnace TT-MF-12-1200 is designed for high-temperature heat treatment processes such as sintering and heating of advanced materials, including metals, ceramics, nanomaterials, and semiconductors.

Furnace Shell
- Constructed from Q235 low-carbon steel with an electrostatic-resistant, corrosion-resistant surface.
- Reinforced metal frame design helps maintain a low exterior temperature.
- Side-opening furnace door swings to the right for easy access and operation.
Refractory Material
Multi-layer insulation features lightweight alumina ceramic fiber and a high-grade insulation board backing. The design is asbestos-free, minimizes heat loss, and supports energy efficiency.
Heating System
- High-quality HRE spiral resistance wire heating elements are securely embedded on the inner surface, providing efficient, energy-saving radiant heating with long service life.
- Three-sided heating (left, right, and bottom) ensures uniform temperature distribution inside the chamber.
- A silicon carbide bottom plate shields the lower heating elements, offering excellent mechanical strength, effective thermal conductivity, and horizontal load support.
Temperature Control Panel
- PID with SSR control ensures precise temperature regulation.
- Features an international-standard N-type nickel-chromium-silicon thermocouple with a measurement range of 0–1300°C and extended durability.
- Integrated safety switch cuts power when the furnace door is opened.
Program Controller
- Advanced controller accommodates a wide range of process requirements.
- User-friendly interface allows for flexible and intuitive programming.
- Supports up to 30 programmable segments for a single thermal curve.
- Includes over-temperature and system fault alarms for automatic safety protection.
