Furnace Shell
- Built from Q235 low-carbon steel with a corrosion-resistant, electrostatically coated surface.
- Rigid metal frame design ensures durability and helps maintain a low external temperature.
- Features a side-opening door hinged on the right for convenient operation.
Refractory Material
The furnace is insulated with multiple layers of lightweight alumina ceramic fiber and high-quality backing board. This design is asbestos-free, minimizes heat loss, and supports energy efficiency.
Heating System
- Equipped with premium HRE spiral resistance wire heating elements, securely embedded along the inner surface. Radiant heat distribution ensures energy efficiency and long operational life.
- Heats from three sides—left, right, and bottom—for consistent temperature uniformity throughout the chamber.
- A silicon carbide bottom plate shields the lower heating element, offering strong mechanical support, excellent thermal conductivity, and reliable horizontal load capacity.
Temperature Control Panel
- Features PID and SSR control modes for accurate and stable temperature regulation.
- Uses an internationally standardized N-type nickel-chromium-silicon thermocouple, with a measurement range of 0–1300°C and extended durability.
- Includes a built-in safety switch that cuts power when the furnace door is opened.
Program Controller
- Advanced control system supports a wide range of thermal process needs.
- Easy-to-use interface allows for flexible and intuitive programming.
- Supports up to 30 programmable segments within a single temperature profile.
- Equipped with over-temperature and fault detection alarms, with automatic safety shutdown.
