Furnace Shell
- Constructed from Q235 low-carbon steel with a corrosion-resistant, electrostatically coated surface.
- Durable double-layer metal frame structure helps maintain a low exterior temperature.
- Right-side, side-opening door design for convenient operation.
Refractory Material
- Features a multi-layer insulation system made from lightweight alumina ceramic fiber and high-grade insulation board.
- Asbestos-free, with low heat loss and reduced energy consumption.
Heating System
- Equipped with high-quality MoSi₂ heating elements, securely mounted on both sides for efficient free-radiation heating inside the chamber.
- Dual-sided heating ensures excellent temperature uniformity.
- Custom high-temperature models available with maximum temperatures of 1750°C and 1800°C, suitable for ceramic sintering applications.
Temperature Control Panel
- Utilizes PID and SCR control for precise temperature management.
- Integrated B-type platinum-rhodium thermocouple (50–1800°C) ensures accuracy and durability.
- Safety switch automatically cuts power when the door is opened.
Program Controller
- Advanced control system supports complex process requirements
- User-friendly interface with flexible programming
- Capable of storing up to 30 programmable segments
