Structural Features
Inner and Outer Chamber Materials
The inner chamber is constructed with 1.2mm thick SUS#304 stainless steel and features a fully welded structure, ensuring excellent sealing and resistance to cracks.
The exterior is made from 1.5mm thick cold-rolled steel that undergoes brushing, polishing, and painting treatments, providing superior scratch resistance.
Insulation and Sealing
The chamber is insulated with 100mm thick polyurethane foam. The door seal uses double silicone rubber for a secure and durable fit.
Observation Window
The observation window consists of four layers of tempered glass, available in customizable sizes. To prevent frost during low-temperature operation, built-in heating wires ensure effective defrosting.
Electrical System
The circuit cabinet features a clean and professional layout, adhering to UK standards. It includes comprehensive circuit diagrams for easy reference. Each line is uniquely coded, clearly labeled, and easy to identify, simplifying troubleshooting and maintenance.
