Furnace Shell
Constructed from Q235 low-carbon steel, the furnace shell features an electrostatically applied, corrosion-resistant coating. Its durable double-layer metal frame, combined with an insulated fan structure, helps maintain a low external surface temperature. The horizontal layout and top-opening design ensure convenient operation.
Refractory Material
The multi-layer insulation system includes lightweight alumina ceramic fiber and premium insulation board, free from asbestos. This design minimizes heat loss and reduces energy consumption.
Heating System
Equipped with high-performance HRE heating elements, the system provides efficient, radiant heat distribution within the furnace chamber, promoting energy efficiency and a long operational lifespan. Heating elements are arranged in a ring or on dual sides to enhance temperature uniformity. The dual-zone design allows independent control of each zone for improved thermal consistency.
Temperature Control Panel
Utilizes PID and SSR control modes for precise temperature management. An internationally standardized N-type nickel-chromium-silicon thermocouple offers a wide temperature range (0–1300°C) and extended service life. The furnace door includes a safety switch that cuts power when opened.
Program Controller
Features PID with SSR/SCR control for accurate thermal regulation. Compatible with international-standard thermocouples. Offers 30 programmable segments, a heating status indicator, and an over-temperature alarm with audible alert.
Vacuum and Atmosphere Capability
Includes a 304 stainless steel sealing flange for vacuum or controlled atmosphere operations. Comes standard with a high-quality quartz glass working tube; metal or corundum tubes are also available to suit various applications.
