Furnace Shell
Constructed from Q235 low-carbon steel, the shell features an electrostatic-resistant, corrosion-resistant finish.
The durable double-layer metal frame integrates a heat-insulating fan structure, keeping the outer surface cool.
Horizontal orientation allows for easy operation.
Refractory Material
Designed with multi-layer insulation made from lightweight alumina ceramic fiber and high-performance insulation boards.
Free from asbestos, this design minimizes heat loss and reduces energy consumption.
Heating System
Premium MoSi₂ heating elements are securely mounted on both sides of the chamber, delivering efficient radiant heating.
Dual-sided heating (left and right) ensures excellent temperature uniformity throughout the furnace.
Engineered for energy efficiency and extended operational life.
Temperature Control Panel
Utilizes PID and SSR control for accurate temperature management.
Features an internationally standardized Type B Ni-Cr silicon thermocouple with a range of 0–1800°C and long service life.
Includes a heating indicator and an over-temperature alarm buzzer for enhanced safety.
Program Controller
Equipped with an advanced controller that supports complex thermal processing.
User-friendly interface with flexible programming capabilities.
Supports up to 32 programmable segments.
Built-in alarms for over-temperature and system faults with automatic safety shutoff.
Vacuum & Atmosphere Compatibility
Includes a 304 stainless steel sealing flange for creating a vacuum or controlled atmosphere inside the furnace tube.
Compatible with high-quality quartz glass tubes; optional metal or corundum tubes are available to suit various applications.
