Automatic Distillation Apparatus for Petroleum Products TT-86Z adheres to the ASTM D86 Standard Test Method for Distillation of Petroleum Products at Atmospheric Pressure, making it ideal for testing the distillation of various petroleum products.
These include light and middle distillates, automotive spark-ignition engine fuels with or without oxygenates, aviation gasoline, aviation turbine fuels, diesel fuels, biodiesel blends up to 20%, marine fuels, special petroleum spirits, naphtha, white spirits, kerosene, and Grades 1 and 2 burner fuels.
1. The apparatus can automatically measure and control the entire experimental process using a single-chip microcomputer. A 10-inch touchscreen LCD displays the entire process, including temperature data, volume data, and related curves.
2. The cylinder bath temperature is automatically controlled.
3. The apparatus uses a quartz base plate.
4. Automatic nitrogen extinguishing is supported.
5. The liquid level is automatically tracked, and the flow velocity is controlled.
