The Desk Sputter Coater - TT-DSR is able to coat noble metals, such as Gold (Au), Silver (Ag), Palladium (Pa) and Platinum (Pt) thin films on non-conductive or poorly conductive specimens uniformly and fine-grain size in the fast cycle time. The good design of the system enables the user easily for loading and unloading of samples and quickly change the target.
