Settling Dust Chambers
Settling Dust Chambers replicate the effects of natural dust (such as sand, wind, and fine particles) on products and materials, leading to significant economic losses each year. The damage primarily includes corrosion, fading, deformation, reduced strength, swelling, mold growth, and other issues. Electrical products, in particular, face heightened risks of short circuits caused by sand and dust, which can result in fires. This makes conducting dustproof testing on enclosures an essential process for specific products or materials.
The chambers are designed for dust testing on outdoor lighting, household appliances, automotive components, and other electronic and electrical devices.

Electrical System
The circuit cabinet features a clean and professional layout. All circuits are organized in compliance with UK standards and come with comprehensive circuit diagrams. Each line is uniquely coded, making it easy to identify and troubleshoot.
Structural Features
The inner chamber is constructed with SUS#304 stainless steel, featuring a 1.2 mm thickness and a fully welded structure, ensuring excellent sealing and resistance to cracking.
The exterior is made of cold-rolled steel with a 1.5 mm thickness, treated with brushing, polishing, and painting to provide durability and resistance to scratches.
The insulation layer is made of 100 mm thick polyurethane foam for optimal thermal performance.
The door seal is crafted from double-layer silicone rubber for superior sealing.
The observation window consists of four layers of tempered glass, with customizable size options.
To prevent frosting on the observation window during low-temperature operation, heating wires are integrated to ensure defrosting functionality.
