High Pressure Water Spray Test chamber Toron-IPX9K
High Pressure Water Spray Test chamber Toron-IPX9K is designed for IPX9K waterproof level testing. It is ideal for evaluating passenger cars, buses, tractors, motorcycles, and their components. This chamber assesses the physical and functional properties of products under high-pressure and steam jet cleaning conditions.
Standard Test
The IPX9K rating is the highest standard for water ingress protection as defined by IEC 60529 and ISO 20653.
During testing, products are exposed to high-pressure water (8,000 to 10,000 kPa) at elevated temperatures of up to +80°C, with water jets delivering a flow rate of 14 to 16 liters per minute.
Structural Features
- Inner Chamber: Made from 1.2mm thick SUS#304 stainless steel with a fully welded structure for excellent sealing and crack resistance.
- Exterior: Crafted from 1.5mm thick cold-rolled steel, treated with brushing, polishing, and painting for enhanced durability and scratch resistance.
- Insulation: Features 100mm thick polyurethane foam for superior thermal insulation.
- Door Seal: Equipped with double silicone rubber seals for optimal airtightness.
- Observation Window: Consists of four layers of tempered glass, with customizable size options.
- Anti-Frost Feature: Built-in heating wires prevent frosting on the observation window during low-temperature operations.
Electrical System
The circuit cabinet features a clean, organized layout with a professional appearance. All circuits comply with UK standards and come with detailed circuit diagrams. Each line is uniquely coded for clear identification, making troubleshooting straightforward and efficient.
