The ToronTHC-36 Benchtop Temperature Test Chamber is Torontech’s smallest standard model, offering a temperature range from -70°C to +150°C. Available models include ToronTHC-36R, ToronTHC-36L, and ToronTHC-36S.
Structural Features of the Benchtop Temperature Test Chamber
The benchtop temperature test chamber consists of three main components: the insulation enclosure, an independent refrigeration unit, and an electrical control cabinet.
- Insulation Enclosure: Constructed with a cold-rolled steel outer layer, a middle layer of heat-resistant foam insulation, and an inner SUS304 stainless steel lining.
- Insulation Layer: Made of flame-retardant (B2 grade) rigid polyurethane foam.
- Sealing System: Features high- and low-temperature-resistant silicone rubber seals, an anti-condensation electric heating device for the door frame, and a pressure balance system.
- Door: Single, left-hinged design.
- Observation Window: Equipped with a vacuum glass window and an electronic anti-fogging film.
- Lighting: Built-in DC 24V LED lights for clear visibility.
