Aged Flakes Sorter ToronGU Series is designed to accurately detect and remove aged and fluorescent flakes from polymer streams, ensuring high-quality output in PET processing lines.


Main Applications
ToronGU Series Aged Flakes Sorter is specifically designed to detect and separate aged flakes that are not visible to the naked eye. It is ideal for advanced PET flake processing lines.
Efficiently separates fluorescent and light yellow flakes from transparent and white HDPE flakes.
Also detects and removes aged flakes from various other polymer flakes.
UV Light Sorting
Combining a customized UV camera, E-image processing technology, energy-gathering recognition system, multi-frame noise reduction, and true color reproduction, the system accurately detects and removes aged and fluorescent flakes.
High and Stable Throughput
Durable, high-frequency ejector valves, high-throughput feeding, and an anti-blocking material design support long-term, unmanned operation—fully meeting your production needs.
Flexible Support
Supports both normal and reverse sorting, with options for single-pass and multi-pass sorting. Highly adaptable and adjustable to fit your specific process, helping to significantly reduce energy consumption.
