The Shredder - Carbon Steel Plastic Shredder is a robust single-shaft shredder with a powerful two-speed swing-type hydraulic pusher. This design effectively prevents material blockages and reduces wear on internal guide rails.
Shredder - Carbon Steel Plastic Shredder Crafted using a special welding process, this model boasts a stronger mechanical structure. Its single-machine crushing capacity surpasses other brands by 30-40%, making it ideal for recycling diverse waste materials. Featuring a 750mm diameter effective V-type rotor ranging from 1500mm to 3000mm in width, its low speed of 45rpm ensures smooth operation with high torque.
The hydraulic workstation is seamlessly integrated with the shredder chamber, saving space, protecting the hydraulic station, and facilitating easy replacement and maintenance. The Carbon Steel Plastic Shredder incorporates an intelligent PLC control system. The rotor can be hardened and made wear-resistant as per customer specifications. Tailored water cooling systems are available to suit different shredded materials. These Carbon Steel Plastic Shredder demands and find application in wide or thick waste cardboard, refrigerator shells, large household appliance shells, daily life waste products, rubber goods, and automobile tires.
BELT CONVEYOR
The plastic waste is transported into the shredder using a belt feeding device. This mechanism utilizes an ABB/Schneider frequency converter for precise frequency control. The conveying speed of the belt feeding device is synchronized with the shredder's capacity, automatically adjusting the conveyor belt speed based on the shredder's current load.
METAL DETECTOR
An optional Ferrous Metal Permanent Magnetic Belt or a metal detector can stop metal objects from entering the shredder, effectively safeguarding the shredder blades.
HOPPER
A specially designed Carbon Steel Plastic Shredder hopper prevents material from scattering. The machine features a sizable filling hopper that can be loaded using a conveyor belt, forklift, crane, or wheel-loader. This adaptable funnel can be customized to meet specific needs, ensuring a consistent and cost-effective material supply.
HYDRAULIC RAM
The hydraulic pusher automatically directs material towards the cutter using load-sensitive controls. The hydraulic system includes overflow valves and volumetric flow controls that can be adjusted to match the requirements of the input materials.
ROTOR
The rotor, composed of seamless steel pipes with a 750mm diameter, operates at a speed of 52 rpm. It houses concave ground, aggressive, and 4-way rotating knives within its grooves. This setup reduces the cutting gap between the counter knives and the rotor, ensuring a high flow rate, low power consumption, and maximum output of processed material.

SCREEN
Beneath the rotor, a screen regulates the size of the needed flakes. Accessing the screen is convenient through a separate flap, enabling easy replacement. Hydraulic mechanisms facilitate the opening and closing of the screen.
SHREDDER CHAMBER
The shredder chamber is constructed using 30mm ultra-high hardness steel plates, providing wear resistance, corrosion resistance, reduced noise, and an extended service life.
MOTOR
Utilizing an imported WEG motor brand, this system boasts low energy consumption, minimal noise, and an extended service life.
ELECTRONIC CONTROL
The entire model incorporates frequency conversion control and complies with international standards like CE/CSA.
