HAST Highly Accelerated Stress Test Chamber
HAST Highly Accelerated Stress Test Chamber is designed for advanced accelerated testing, evaluating a product's or material's resistance to high temperatures and humidity. It operates under specified conditions of temperature (above 100°C), humidity (65% to 100%), and pressure. HAST is a key method of environmental testing used for electrical and electronic components and devices.
The HAST Chamber is primarily used to test semiconductors, IC packaging, plastic-sealed parts, and similar materials, adhering to JESD22-A100 through A118 standards for biased (BHAST) or unbiased (UHAST) accelerated moisture resistance and pressure cooker tests. Its double-layer arc inner tank design prevents condensation and dripping, ensuring consistent results by eliminating the direct impact of superheated steam.
