Crusher - High Output Efficient Plastic Crusher Machine equipped with various types of rotors to match different material forms and crushing requirements. Rotor diameters range from 500mm to 800mm, with a minimum rotor width of 700mm and a maximum of 1600mm. High Output Efficient Plastic Crusher Machine Customized rotor structures can be designed to achieve optimal crushing effects.
The steel structure is integrally welded using a special welding process, ensuring durability and the ability to handle challenging materials. High Output Efficient Plastic Crusher Machine equipped with large rotor bearings, tool holders, and rotors. Utilizing standard V-shaped cutting technology enhances recycling efficiency and reduces dust content in recycled materials. Additionally, a detachable deflection wedge featuring a third knife allows for easy adjustment to meet diverse crushing needs. Standard equipment includes easily removable anti-wear plates in the crushing chamber and external bearings to minimize the risk of contaminants entering the system.
BELT CONVEYOR
The plastic waste is carried into the crusher using a belt feeding device. This device utilizes an ABB/Schneider frequency converter for precise frequency control. The conveying speed of the belt feeding device is connected to the crusher's capacity, automatically adjusting the conveyor belt speed based on the crusher's current load.
METAL DETECTOR
You have the option of using a Ferrous Metal Permanent Magnetic Belt or a metal detector to prevent metal objects from entering the crusher, effectively safeguarding the crusher blades.
ROTOR
This crusher features a heavy-duty vane rotor, welded steel structure, rotary knives, a V-shaped mounting angle, and an X-shaped cutting shape. The rotor's extension shaft can be fitted with a governor wheel. Additionally, the adjustable rotor tool minimizes tool change downtime.
KNIFE BLADES
The knife blades are made from DC53 material, which features a higher hardness (62-64 HRc) after heat treatment compared to D2/SKD11. Additionally, it offers twice the toughness of D2/SKD11 with superior wear resistance. DC53 also exhibits substantially higher fatigue strength when compared to D2/SKD11.
CRUSHING CHAMBER
The crushing chamber is constructed using a 40mm ultra-high hardness steel plate, renowned for its wear resistance, corrosion resistance, low noise, and extended service life.
MOTOR
We utilize imported WEG brand motors known for their low energy consumption, minimal noise, and long service life.
FRAME
The welded structure incorporates a frame that rests on shock-resistant rubber-metal connectors, effectively absorbing shocks and minimizing noise.
SILO
We use a large-volume, silent air supply system. The pipes and silos are constructed from 304 stainless steel, and the exterior is insulated with sound insulation cotton, effectively reducing noise levels.
ELECTRONIC CONTROL
The entire model utilizes frequency conversion control and complies with international standards like CE/CSA.
TOOL INSTALLATION
The tool can be adjusted while the equipment is running, reducing equipment downtime. It can also be quickly adjusted outside the machine, minimizing downtime and simplifying tool replacement.
