Charpy Impact Specimen Fracture Image Analyzer TT-FIA

ASTM E23, ISO 148-1, GB/T229

TT-FIA Metal Impact Specimen Fracture Image Analyzer compliments our Charpy Impact Tester for Metals, as well as Impact Specimen Notch Broaching Machines. It adheres to standards including ASTM E23-2018, ISO 148-1 2009 "Metal Material Charpy Pendulum Impact Tester Part 1: Test Methods, and. GB/T229-2007 "Metal Material Charpy Pendulum Impact Test Method. This innovative analyzer is specifically developed for testing equipment such as V-shaped, U-shaped notches, and fiber section rates.

Utilizing advanced optical image technology, this device captures images of V-shaped and U-shaped notches and the impact fractures of tested samples. Our proprietary software then automatically analyzes and measures the impact of the pendulum hammer on these notches with high precision.

The TT-FIA is ideal for measuring and analyzing metal material pendulum impact specimen fractures, notch size, symmetry plane-specimen longitudinal axis angles, and expansion values. Its electronic optical sampling system provides real-time, comprehensive views of fracture morphologies, enabling accurate measurements of fiber rates and other parameters. This user-friendly device delivers high accuracy, performs tasks that were previously impossible manually, and allows users to review and process stored data repeatedly.

Measurement Principle

Quick Measurement (for notch size measurement)

One-key measurement for accurate notch angle, depth, bottom radius, height, sample width (thickness), notch symmetry plane-sample longitudinal axis angle, and notch symmetry plane-end distance.

Optical System

Dedicated optical acquisition system with high-precision recognition capability.

Automatic Analysis

Automatically captures edges, measures, and analyzes. Displays error values and bases analysis on, ASTM, ISO, and GB standards, or predefined conditions.

Report Format

Imports images for secondary measurements, useful for arbitration or disputed result queries.
