Tensile Specimen Gauge Marking Machine - Manual Tensile Specimen Gauge Marking Machine ToronMark-M300
Manual Tensile Specimen Gauge Marking Machine ToronMark-M300
Manual Tensile Specimen Gauge Marking Machine ToronMark-M300 is designed and built to meet the tensile testing requirements for metallic materials, catering to a range of user needs. It delivers precise measurements, ensures efficient operation, and is user-friendly. An essential tool for laboratory testing.
Working Principle
It rotates 360 degrees via a shaft with spiral bands and can lift the punch, moving vertically at various angles. With the impact of an elastic spring, turning the handle once creates a straight line on the specimen, marking at 10 mm intervals for a total of 30 points over 300 mm.
Methods of operation
- Place the machine on a worktable approximately 500 mm from the ground. Position the specimen in the V-slot, ensuring proper alignment away from the subscript.
- Using your left hand, press the bending handle firmly to secure the specimen. With your right hand, rotate the handle in a full circle to mark the points.
- Lift the bending handle upward, then remove the specimen to complete the marking process.
- For specimens of varying diameters, adjust the bottom nut on the two columns to maintain a safe distance between the punch cutting edge and the specimen.
- Keep the two pillars and punch components well-lubricated to ensure smooth operation.
- Handle the instrument with care to prevent impacts that could compromise cutting-edge precision. Avoid bumping the pointed end of the punch.
