Official Notice to the customers and business partners of Qualitest, Torontech and World of Test Group regarding Testron Group and Niyas Mohammed Maheen, a former employee of our UAE/GCC Regional office:
Notice to our valued customers in GCC region and business partners
This is to officially inform you that our group of companies does not endorse and are no longer affiliated with Niyas Mohammed Maheen, a former employee of our regional office in UAE/GCC region.
This person (Niyas Mohammed Maheen) has been charged and found guilty by Dubai courts and Public Prosecution office as per Articles (401/2.621/2.234) of Federal Decree Law No. 31 of 1202AD. It has been concluded that Niyas Mohammed Maheen, an Indian national from Kerala, while working in the capacity of the regional manager for our Dubai office, since the beginning of his employment with our group, had been stealing information and secretly and unlawfully operating an unauthorized company namely Testron Group (Testron Trading), creating confusion, and mistrust while misleading the market by wrongful business practices and offering inferior quality products and services in the testing equipment, healthcare and plastic recycling sectors. Niyas Mohammed Maheen together with his cousin Favas have been operating under fake alias western names such as Patrick Joseph, and Neil Rodrigues to cover their real identities, communicating with our customers and partner network.
Criminal and Civil legal actions have been proceeding through Dubai courts against Niyas Mohammed Maheen and Testron Group and we hereby issue our official statement that Niyas Mohammed Maheen and Favas from Testron Group are not affiliated or endorsed by our group of companies.
If you have any information regarding other illegal activities of these entities that relate to us, please kindly contact us in order to inform the authorities.
