Petroleum Wax Melting Point Apparatus (Cooling Curve Method) TT-87 adheres to ASTM D87, the Standard Test Method for Melting Point of Petroleum Wax (Cooling Curve).
This method is utilized for determining the melting point (cooling curve) of petroleum wax. However, it is not suitable for waxes belonging to the petrolatum group, microcrystalline waxes, or blends of such waxes with paraffin wax or scale wax.

2. Comes equipped with an electronic timer alongside the temperature control meter, ensuring ease of operation.
