KNIFE BLADES
The knife blades are made of DC53, which exhibits higher hardness (62-64 HRc) than D2/SKD11 after heat treatment. It features twice the toughness of D2/SKD11 along with superior wear resistance and substantially higher fatigue strength compared to D2/SKD11.
CRUSHING CHAMBER
The crushing chamber is welded using a 40mm ultra-high hardness steel plate, renowned for its wear resistance, corrosion resistance, low noise, and extended service life.

FRAME

SILO
Utilizes a high-capacity, silent air supply system. The pipes and silos are crafted from 304 stainless steel and covered with sound insulation cotton on the exterior, effectively reducing noise levels.
ELECTRONIC CONTROL
The entire model operates on frequency conversion control and complies with international standards such as CE/CSA.
TOOL INSTALLATION
The tool can be adjusted while the equipment is running, minimizing equipment downtime. It can be quickly adjusted outside the machine, making tool replacement easier and further reducing downtime.
