Plastic Recycling Pulverizer Machine TT-PM300
The Plastic Recycling Pulverizer Machine TT-PM300 operates by feeding particles sized between 6 and 8 millimeters through a vibrating screen into a rotating high-speed sawtooth disc.
This process yields a powdered product within the targeted range of 300-1000 microns, adjustable by modifying the disc spacing. Pulverizers are commonly utilized for shredding LDPE, HDPE, UPVC, PC, and various other types of plastics.
Applications

Design
The TT-PM300 series of pulverizers are ultra-high output units that can be fitted with automatic temperature control. The material intended for pulverization is centrally fed between fixed and high-speed rotating pulverizing discs, generating a centrifugal effect. This enables the material to move through the processing zone and subsequently be pneumatically discharged from the machine.

Technical features
- Dosing channel/Vibratory feeder
- The channel width ranges from 100 to 250mm, and the storage container holds approximately 50 to 100 liters.
- Feeding is regulated and managed by the high-current controller monitoring the pulverizer motor, along with the mounting bracket and control device.
Pulverizer housing
- The machine features a disc pulverizer with both a fixed and high-speed toothed disc equipped with precision bearings.
- Material is introduced through the opening at the center of the fixed disc.
- Particle size is contingent upon the surface structure of the teeth and the adjustable distance between the tooth discs. The cutting clearance can be examined through the inspection hole in the housing, simplifying external adjustments using a feeler gauge. The device operates without a screen.
- Constructed from fracture-resistant welded steel, the machine housing has a hinged door with a fixed toothed disc that opens sideways for cleaning and toothed disc replacement.
- The grinding chamber is intelligently designed with a small cross-section and a flat, nearly vertically mounted grinding disc.
- Upon entry into the grinding chamber, the material is promptly clamped and reduced.

Temperature control
The upgraded cooling system for automatically controlling the temperature includes a nozzle for spraying cooling water, regulating control devices, solenoid valves, thermostats, an automatic control device, and a material feeding switch.
Drive and mounting frame
A flat steel structure is utilized for installing the pulverizer and suction box. The drive motor features a 'V' belt drive and belt guard. The frame comes equipped with pre-installed anti-vibration pads.
Safety devices
Integrated safety device prevents entry until the rotor is completely stationary.
