BELT CONVEYOR

The plastic waste is transported into the crusher using a belt feeding device. This device utilizes an ABB/Schneider frequency converter for precise frequency control. The conveying speed of the belt feeding device is synchronized with the crusher's capacity, automatically adjusting the conveyor belt speed based on the crusher's current load.

METAL DETECTOR

You have the choice to use a Ferrous Metal Permanent Magnetic Belt or a metal detector to prevent metal objects from entering the crusher, effectively safeguarding the crusher blades.

ROTOR

This crusher features a heavy-duty vane rotor, welded steel structure, rotary knives, a V-shaped mounting angle, and an X-shaped cutting design. The rotor's extension shaft can be fitted with a governor wheel. Additionally, the adjustable rotor tool minimizes the downtime needed for tool changes.

KNIFE BLADES

The knife blades are made from DC53 material, which features a higher hardness (62-64 HRc) after heat treatment compared to D2/SKD11. Additionally, it offers twice the toughness of D2/SKD11 along with superior wear resistance. DC53 also demonstrates substantially higher fatigue strength when compared to D2/SKD11.

CRUSHING CHAMBER

The crushing chamber is constructed using a 40mm ultra-high hardness steel plate known for its wear resistance, corrosion resistance, low noise, and extended service life.

MOTOR

We use imported WEG brand motors known for their low energy consumption, low noise, and long service life.

FRAME

The welded structure incorporates shock-resistant rubber-metal connectors, supporting the entire frame to resist shock and reduce noise.

SILO

We utilize a large-volume, silent air supply system. The pipes and silos are constructed from 304 stainless steel, and the exterior is coated with sound insulation cotton to effectively reduce noise levels.

ELECTRONIC CONTROL

The entire model utilizes frequency conversion control and complies with international standards like CE/CSA.
