Our product, the Recycling Washing and Pelletizing TT-AWS-PET for HDPE/PP/PS/ABS/PC/PET materials, caters to recycling projects in these domains. Materials sourced from urban and industrial collection sites vary in size, and their composition differs from country to country, even within the same country.
Our team amalgamated cleaning line technologies, continually refining them. This effort led to the development of a series of modular equipment capable of adapting to the diverse characteristics of HDPE/PP/PS/ABS/PC/PET materials. Our focus lies in recycling blow-molded packaging bottles, boxes, cups, barrels, buckets, and injection waste, accommodating both hard and flexible plastics.
Our process involves sorting, size reduction, metal removal, cold and hot washing, high-efficiency friction washing, and drying modules. These modules efficiently eliminate ferrous and nonferrous metals, sand, oil, glue, paper, and numerous other contaminants.
CHAIN PLATE CONVEYOR
The PET plastic bottle washing line is furnished with a wide chain plate conveyor, facilitating the convenient transportation of plastic waste bottles.
DE-BALER
The de-baler serves primarily to disassemble compacted waste plastic bottles, ensuring they are loosened and can smoothly proceed to the subsequent processing stage.
BELT CONVEYOR
This system transports raw materials to subsequent stages, with its belt speed adjustable through an inverter control. Its primary function is to convey bottles, featuring a belt width of 1000mm made from PVC. The motor power is 2.2KW.
TROMMEL
Purpose: Removing stones, dust, loosening caps, and small metals

PRE-WASHER

SCREW LOADER
The system is outfitted with multiple rolling screws that screen the material through rolling action, allowing impurities to fall through the gaps to the impurity collection port below.
DISK SEPARATOR
Featuring a disc separator, PET plastic bottles go through a bouncing screen to eliminate loose impurities, labels, caps, and other contaminants.
BOTTLE SORTING MACHINE
The complete bottle material sorting can be conducted based on customer-specified factors such as color. PET bottles within the same color category can then proceed to the subsequent processing stage.
MANUAL SORTING
The material is segregated into two dual stations for manual sorting by hand.
CRUSHER
The process involves breaking down large-sized raw materials into relatively uniform smaller pieces through crushing. Specifically, crushing bottles into small flakes.

Purpose: Conveying PET flakes

INTELLIGENT CONTROL SYSTEM
Compliant with CE/CSA/TUV/SGS/ISO standards, all parameters are adjustable via the touchscreen interface.
1. Electric control components include Schneider products such as circuit-breakers, AC contacts, press buttons, and pilot lamps.
2. These components manage the entire electrical system.
3. Operates on a safety interlock principle.
