Transformer Oil Corrosive Sulfur Tester TT-1275 conforms to ASTM D1275 Standard Test Method for Corrosive Sulfur in Electrical Insulating Oils. Insulating oils are often in continuous contact with metals prone to corrosion. The presence of corrosive sulfur compounds leads to the deterioration of these metals. The extent of this deterioration depends on the quantity and type of corrosive agent, as well as time and temperature factors. Detecting these harmful impurities, even without quantitative values, helps identify the associated risks.
1. The liner is made of mirror-finish stainless steel plate with argon arc welding.
2. The shell is made from high-quality sprayed steel plate material.
3. Features a large double-layer tempered glass observation window.
4. Utilizes vertical and horizontal forced convection to ensure uniform temperature in the working chamber.
5. Equipped with a digital microcomputer temperature controller, accuracy: 0.1°C (display range).
6. Includes a timing function, temperature control protection, and a fan stop switch.
7. The thermal insulation system uses ultra-fine glass fiber to fill the insulation area, with non-metal high-temperature resistant materials at the connection points of the inner and outer parts to effectively reduce high-temperature conduction.
