Vaporizer vials can be used to collect samples for heating vaporization, suitable for standard weight solid or semi-solid samples such as plastic particles, toner, inorganic salts, battery separators, liquid crystals, coatings, food, pharmaceuticals, and more.
Operating principle: The water in the sample is vaporized using a heater, and the water is transported into the reaction bottle by high-purity nitrogen as the carrier gas to participate in the Karl Fischer reaction, allowing the determination of the water content in the solid.
1. Temperature Range: 70~300℃ (at an ambient temperature of 25℃).
2. Heating Mode: Aluminum block heater.
3. Sample Volume: Weight is less than 10g or volume is less than 2.5ml (vial capacity is 10ml).
4. Temperature Control: PID.
5. Carrier Gas: Nitrogen (with water content 0.01% or below), flow velocity 0.1 ~ 0.5 L/min.
6. Power Supply Requirement: AC100/120V (50/60Hz) 140VA, AC220/240V (50/60Hz) 280VA (110V also available).
7. Dimensions: 300*130*240mm (W*D*H).
8. Weight: 4kg.
