Our XRF sulfur analyzers adhere to ASTM D4294 Standard Test Method for Sulfur in Petroleum and Petroleum Products by Energy-Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry, offering the most cost-effective solution for measuring sulfur in petroleum.

Main Application

1. Our sulfur in oil analyzer can measure various petroleum products including crude oil, heavy oil, diesel, kerosene, gasoline, naphtha, and more.

2. Additionally, it is capable of testing coal chemical products, such as determining the total sulfur content in primary benzene.

3. Moreover, it can analyze the total sulfur or sulfide content in other liquid, solid, or powder samples.

1. The analyzer features electromechanical integration design for computerization, with a large screen LCD display and intuitive man-machine dialogue operation, creating a concise and visually appealing interface.

2. It offers a wide measurement range, rapid detection speed, and minimal sample consumption.

3. We utilize the Fluorescence intensity ratio analysis method, enabling calibration for temperature, atmospheric pressure, and carbon-hydrogen ratio (C/H).

4. Utilizing disposable sample cups helps prevent cross-contamination. Additionally, users can record sample batch numbers and S%(m/m) dates.

5. The sample platform location is highly accurate, making it easy to insert or replace oil samples.

6. With ample storage capacity for at least 1000 test data, users can easily access content detection results and calibrated curves at any time.

7. The analyzer comes equipped with a thermal printer for convenient printing of results.

8. Featuring a standard RS-232C interface, the analyzer can be seamlessly connected to any PC for data transfer and analysis.

3. Sample volume: 2 to 3 ml (sample height 3 mm to 4 mm).

5. Single sample auto test measured times: 2, 3, 5, 10, 50; Arbitrary setting. It can provide average (AVG) and standard deviation at the end of each measurement.

6. Calibrated curve: Our analyzer can store 9 calibrated curves, comprising five linear lines with one unknown and four binomial parabolas.
