The Shredder - Adjustable Pipe Waste Plastic Shredder is specifically designed for recycling companies managing large volumes of waste plastic. These shredders feature powerful adjustable hydraulic pushers to prevent material jams and minimize wear on internal rails. Equipped with a 450mm diameter effective V-type rotor ranging from 1000mm to 2000mm in width, the shredder integrates its hydraulic workstation tightly with the chamber, conserving space and safeguarding the hydraulic station. This setup also facilitates easy replacement and maintenance. Recognized and praised by customers, the standard V-type rotor design, equipped cutters and holders, external bearings, and hydraulic screen brackets have garnered positive feedback.

The Adjustable Pipe Waste Plastic Shredder can be further customized based on customers' waste disposal needs. Options include cooling systems, rotor surface hardening treatments, and other anti-wear devices. This design caters to various waste plastic recycling demands, encompassing general waste, electronic waste, and domestic waste processing. It handles diverse recyclable materials such as plastic blocks, trays, pipes, films, woven bags, electronic cable waste, ICB buckets, large household appliance housings, waste paper, wood waste, and different organic materials. The mesh screen size can be adjusted based on the material being crushed and the subsequent processing requirements.

BELT CONVEYOR

The plastic waste is transported into the shredder using a belt feeding device. This mechanism utilizes an ABB/Schneider frequency converter for precise frequency control. The conveying speed of the belt feeding device is synchronized with the shredder's capacity, automatically adjusting the conveyor belt speed based on the shredder's current load.

METAL DETECTOR

An optional Ferrous Metal Permanent Magnetic Belt or a metal detector can stop metal objects from entering the shredder, effectively safeguarding the shredder blades.

HOPPER

A specially designed hopper prevents material from scattering. The machine features a sizable filling hopper that can be loaded using a conveyor belt, forklift, crane, or wheel-loader. This adaptable funnel can be customized to meet specific needs, ensuring a consistent and cost-effective material supply.

HYDRAULIC RAM

The hydraulically operated pusher automatically guides material towards the cutter using load-related controls. The hydraulic system includes overflow valves and volumetric flow controls that can be adjusted to match the requirements of the input materials.

ROTOR

The profiled rotor, crafted from solid steel, features a wide diameter and operates at an optimal speed. Concave ground, aggressive, and 4-way rotating knives are placed in the grooves of this profiled rotor using special knife holders. This setup minimizes the cutting gap between the counter knives and the rotor, ensuring a high flow rate, low power consumption, and maximum output of processed material.

KNIFE BLADES KNIFE

Blades Material: DC53 - Higher hardness (62-64 HRc) after heat treatment compared to D2/SKD11
- Twice the toughness of D2/SKD11 with superior wear resistance
- Significantly higher fatigue strength compared to D2/SKD11

SCREEN

Beneath the rotor, a screen determines the size of the needed flakes. Accessing the screen is easy through a separate flap, allowing for straightforward replacement. Hydraulic mechanisms facilitate the opening and closing of the screen.

SHREDDER CHAMBER

The shredder chamber is constructed using a 30mm ultra-high hardness steel plate, providing wear resistance, corrosion resistance, reduced noise, and an extended service life.

MOTOR

Utilizing an imported WEG motor brand, this system comes up with low energy consumption, minimal noise, and an extended service life.

ELECTRONIC CONTROL

The entire model uses frequency conversion control and complies with international standards like CE/CSA.

TOOL INSTALLATION

Tools can be swiftly adjusted outside the machine, reducing downtime and simplifying tool replacement.
