Omnidirectional environmental sensing system

The built-in omnidirectional environmental sensing system allows TrueX to detect changes in the surrounding environment in real-time. It automatically adjusts parameters for element analysis to accommodate special conditions such as high and low temperatures, dust, darkness, and humidity.

Low detection limit

TrueX's new built-in net intensity fitting algorithm optimizes spectral resolution, allowing it to achieve a low detection limit comparable to that of large laboratory equipment.


The built-in Ultrashort™ optical path design significantly enhances the excitation effect of light elements such as Mg, Al, Si, S, and P without the need for nitrogen filling.

Industrial resistance touch screen

The 4.3-inch industrial resistance touch screen offers superior backlight performance compared to capacitor screens. It remains clearly visible under strong sunlight in the field and eliminates the need to remove gloves in special outdoor environments.

Smart battery

A single battery can operate for approximately 8 hours. It supports hot swapping, allowing for replacement without shutting down while in operation. Additionally, it can monitor the remaining battery capacity in real time, and the battery complies with air transport regulations for dangerous goods.


Handheld XRF Analyzer - RoHS Analyzer users have the ability to generate customized professional reports, which can include company logos, addresses, test results, spectrographs, and other sample information such as product descriptions, origins, and batch numbers.
