The Rotary Sample Divider RSD200 can evenly split one sample into 6, 8, or 10 uniform smaller samples. Each of these smaller samples possesses identical physical and chemical properties, effectively representing the characteristics of the entire batch of samples. Working principle
The process involves samples being fed into a taper-shaped rotating pipe through the vibratory feeder's hopper. The rotating pipe maintains a constant speed, causing the samples to move towards channels due to centrifugal force. The samples are then collected in containers positioned outside these channels. Importantly, all samples within the containers share identical physical and chemical properties.
