Torontech's TTT series of Servo-Controlled Torsion Testing Machine/ Twist Testing Machine are used to determine the torsional properties of various components, it offers a full range of torsion testing machines in capacities from 200 to 3000 Nm which can conveniently determine the real time torque, shear modulus and torsional stress load of a specimen, which makes customers possible to see how specimen behaves under conditions of continuous or intermittent torque loading in both directions. These frames employ very dependable servo-controlled systems and a strain gage torque sensor is mounted on a moveable unit, which can position on the rails to accommodate specimens of varying lengths.

  • Loading and weighing capabilities in both directions of rotation. This feature makes it possible to conveniently determine not only the ultimate torque load of a specimen, but how that specimen behaves under conditions of continuous or intermittent torque loading in both directions

  • Servo-motor control has positioning function which frequency converter does not have, customer could specify any twisting angles they want.

  • Due to servo motor control, the software could be much more flexible and powerful.
  • Adjustable opening grip instead of fixed hex socket, adjustable opening grip can accommodate samples in different numbers of equilateral angle which makes the gripping end of sample much easier to machine as well as more flexible.
  • Optional dual torsional strain gauge directly attach on each gauge mark of sample for more accurate torsional strain measurement
