SHREDDER MAIN SHAFT
The main shaft's integral forging ensures it remains intact and doesn't deform, even when the equipment is tearing high-strength materials or operating for extended periods.We utilize professional processing equipment, including lathes and CNC machining centers, to ensure the spindle's overall error does not exceed 0.05mm. This guarantees the equipment's long-term stable operation, allowing for an adjustment of at least 0.5mm between the fixed tool and the moving tool.The special four-corner design of the motorized shredding knife can be reused multiple times, reducing costs for users.
GEARBOX OF SHREDDER
The integrated box design ensures a stronger mechanism, a more robust output shaft, and bearing design, resulting in a longer service life and increased torque.A flexible cooling system is in place to meet the demands of thermal power requirements. Simultaneously, the double oil seal design implemented in the output shaft significantly minimizes the risk of oil leakage.
MOTOR OF SHREDDER
The main motor utilizes Weg / Siemens brand motors, ensuring a stable output and reliable quality.
HYDRAULIC STATION
The motor, oil pump, and valve group of the hydraulic station are all from a Taiwanese brand, ensuring reliable quality. The system is equipped with an OR150 water cooler, effectively maintaining the oil temperature below 55°C.
CHAMBER OF SHREDDER
The chamber size can reach up to 6000*1200mm, capable of handling pipes with a diameter of 1200mm and a length of 6 meters. Pipes can be automatically fed into the chamber using a forklift or crane.
CONTROL SYSTEM OF SHREDDER
The electrical system uses microcomputer PLC programming control, enabling complete process automation. Following commissioning, the operator only needs to press start and stop, reducing labor costs and ensuring a safe operating environment.
